The Opportunity

In this construction role, you will work directly under the supervision of a qualified trades-person and assist on our projects using your variety of skills and team player mindset while conforming to local building codes.

We are looking for construction workers with diverse skills including tile, framing, finish carpentry, painting, drywall, floor covering, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Drug-free at all times
• Must have a good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Great Benefits

The employee is eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:

3% of total mitigation and content sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained

1% of total reconstruction/ repair sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained

The company will provide a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.

401K, company match up to 6%

After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off

5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment

• After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
